At the faculty of medicine of the University of Antioquia in Medellin, Colombia, organised and held the IV Students Symposium for Students: The ABCDE of Viral Hepatitis, an academic meeting in which the speakers are medical students, including undergraduate students from five different faculties of medicine from various regions of the country (Cali, Bogotà, Medellin, Cartagena and Neiva).
More than 270 assistants participated at the meeting and the discussion was really interesting with several questions.
ACEHR commemorated World Hepatitis Day by taking a walk along the bike path, promoting awareness and education about viral hepatitis.
Health Care and Development Association celebrated WHD raising awareness about hepatitis in their community and providing free screening services to test. They utilised WHD branding in their posters and banners.
